What to Include in Your Video

Click on the issue you're experiencing to see what information is most helpful for us when troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem.

Charging Issues

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom).

2. The Issue you are experiencing

3. The device plugged directly into a wall outlet (please do not use power strips, outlet extenders, surge protectors, or extension cords during the test).

4. Two different chargers/cables being tested with the device, or the current charger successfully charging another device but not the Echo device

5. The charging screen, lights, or indicators while plugged in

6. Any sounds, beeping, flashing lights, or error messages that occur

Water Leak Issue

1. Wipe the bottle completely dry before recording

2. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom)

3. The bottle's fill level before starting the cycle

4. A clear view of where the leak is originating during and immediately after a cycle

5. Close-up footage of the lid, threads, base, charging port, and SPE/PEM chamber area

Bubble Issue

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom).

2. The device running a cycle with water inside

3. A clear view of the SPE/PEM chamber while the cycle is running

Unresponsive / Doesn't Turn On

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom).

2. The device plugged directly into a wall outlet (please do not use power strips, outlet extenders, surge protectors, or extension cords during the test).

3. Two different charging cables and/or charging blocks being tested with the device, OR the current charger successfully charging another device but not the Echo Flask

4. The screen being pressed multiple times

Screen / Display Issues

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom).

2. A clear view of the display while the issue is occurring

3. The screen during startup and while attempting to run a cycle

4. Any flashing, pixelation, frozen screens, missing segments, discoloration, or error messages

5. Button presses shown on camera so we can see how the display responds

App / Firmware Issues

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom)

2. The firmware version shown in the app

3. The app connection process and any error messages displayed in the app

4. The device attempting a cycle through both the app and the physical button

5. Any failed firmware update messages or progress screens

Cracked Issue

1. The serial number of the device (located on the bottom)

2. Clear close-up footage of all damaged areas

3. Footage showing the entire bottle from multiple angles

4. Information on when the damage was first noticed and whether there was any drop, impact, or overheating event
