Product Warranties

- Accidental damage, such as dropping the product
- Damage caused intentionally or through negligence
- Software or App-related Issues are not covered by the warranty unless they directly affect the devices' internal operation system.
- Battery Performance
- Staining or exposure to sunlight, harsh chemicals or elements, cold or freezing temperatures, or water damage
- Results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents, as these methods cannot accurately measure hydrogen levels and are not accepted for warranty purposes.
