If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (60 days for the Echo Go+) after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. (if you purchased through a 3rd party retailer, you would need to go through them for a return and would need to follow their return policy)

Instant Exchanges - If you opt for an instant exchange, your exchange order will be created immediately. Please note if your item is required to be returned back to us and you fail to do so before the label expires (after 28 days), you will be charged for the exchange.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will be refunded in full minus any shipping paid at checkout. If redo was purchased, this is also non-refundable. Please note, while we process refunds within 10 business days, your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EU customers wishing to exercise their 14-day cooling-off right should contact us at the details provided above to initiate the return.
