    Poor/incorrect directions to use in the Echo H2

    The filter cleaned well once I found out how to use it. The directions on the box and on the filter itself were incorrect for the Echo H2 machine. Even the website was no help. It was only after getting ahold of a live customer service agent that walked me through process was I able to use it. It was nothing at all like the directions. Once that was resolved it cleaned my machine well and I was happy with it.

    Including a paper along with the order showing the proper directions for that machine would have saved a lot of unnecessary aggregation.

    I was very grateful to reach a live customer service agent. She was very kind and helpful! Kudos on customer service!!
