Echo Ultimate

The Echo Ultimate offers four types of water in one convenient device: Filtered Water, Hydrogen Water, Alkaline Water, and Acidic Water. Designed for versatile water needs, the Echo Ultimate combines advanced water enrichment options to fit various lifestyles.

As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Ultimate is covered by the industry leading 10-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo Ultimate has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

Echo water machines are designed for use indoor, with potable water or drinking water found in most municipal water systems. The water entering the machine should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water. The pressure for the water connected to the machine should fall within United States building codes for normal household water pressures, typically between 30 and 60 PSI.

This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product.

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:

Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.

Any material physical flaw in the device that manifests in the exterior enclosure. Including splits or cracks in the case. Delamination of glued surfaces. Broken or defective screens or displays. That impact the performance of the device and is not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.

This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.

Warranty Exceptions

This warranty does not cover filters or other parts that are designed to be replaced from time to time.

Your Remedies

If the equipment is deemed defective by Echo Technologies during the time you, as the original owner, continue to own the equipment. we will be responsible, in our sole discretion, for either repairing the equipment or providing new or refurbished replacement product or the equivalent credit amount (Warranty Credit) to you equal to a prorated percentage of your original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees). Any credit amounts given must be applied exclusively to the purchase of a new product from us, according to the following schedule:

During the first 2 years or original ownership by you, the warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).

During year 3 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 10% for each additional year through year 10.

Repair Cost Schedule

At our discretion we may choose to repair the device rather than or prior to issuing a replacement or a credit. Repairs are billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping. These costs will be Prorated based on the warranty schedule below.

During the first 2 years or original ownership by you, the Warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).

During year 3 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 10% for each additional year through year 10.

  • Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment.
  • Provide proof of original purchase via copy of original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price.
  • Only one replacement is permitted per item. If a replacement has already been received under warranty, no further replacements will be provided. 
  • This limited Warranty will be void and shall not apply to products that have been intentionally or negligently damaged, dropped, stained, exposed to sunlight, exposed to harsh chemicals or elements, exposed to cold or freezing temperatures, water damaged, dropped, exposed to insects or animals, improperly vented, or overheated, used with hard water, or otherwise physically damaged or soiled (including by bodily fluid).
  • Overheating
  • Deterioration in performance over time caused by failure to properly and regularly clean, change the filters and doing general routine maintenance.
  • Machine must be used with a surge protector, damage from power surges will not be covered.

ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. The Echo H2 provides high-quality hydrogen-enriched water designed to support your hydration needs. With its advanced technology, the Echo H2 efficiently infuses molecular hydrogen into water, offering a convenient option for hydrogen-enriched hydration.

As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo H2 is covered by the industry leading 10-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo H2 has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Server is covered by the industry leading 10-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo Server has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Pitcher is covered by the industry leading 5-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo Pitcher has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

Echo Pitcher is designed for use indoor, with filtered drinking water or bottled drinking water. The water entering the pitcher should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water.

THIS DEVICE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IN WATER AND IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

The Echo Water Conditioner is a robust salt free water conditioning system is ideal for large families with large homes, capable of treating up to 25 grains of total hardness at up to 10 gallons per minute.

As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Water conditioner is covered by the industry leading 5-year warranty (“Warranty”). If your Echo Water conditioner has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

Echo Water conditioner is is designed for use indoor, with potable water or drinking water found in most municipal water systems. The water entering the filter should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water. The pressure for the water connected to the filter should fall within United States building codes for normal household water pressures, typically between 30 and 60 PSI. 60 PSI.

This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product.

That impact the performance of the device and is not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.

This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.

This limited Warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and any replacement equipment.

Warranty Exceptions

The tank is designed to last 5 years. You should expect to replace every 5 Years, your system will be marked with the date of purchase for your reference. Warranty does not cover external filters or other parts that are designed to be replaced from time to time.

Your Remedies

If the equipment is deemed defective by Echo Technologies during the time you, as the original owner, continue to own the equipment. we will be responsible, in our sole discretion, for either repairing the equipment or providing new or refurbished replacement product or the equivalent credit amount (Warranty Credit) to you equal to a prorated percentage of your original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees). Any credit amounts given must be applied exclusively to the purchase of a new product from us, according to the following schedule:
