Why is there water already in my Flask?
Your Echo Flask™ may arrive with a small amount of distilled water—this is intentional! It’s part of the design to ensure optimal performance.
If your Echo Flask™ arrives dry, NO WORRIES! It will simply require a 24-48-hour rehydration period. Fill the bottle with non-chlorinated water and let the internal membranes absorb moisture fully. During this time, you may notice the bubbles transitioning from sporadic large bubbles to a fine mist—this is entirely normal!
1. Soak the bottle in Hot Water overnight.
2. Run a cleaning cycle, discard the cleaning water, and refill with filtered water.
What type of water should I use in my Echo Flask?
We highly recommend using filtered, distilled, or reverse osmosis (RO) water for optimal performance and a clearer understanding of what you’re consuming.
Can I put the Flask in the dishwasher?
No, the Flask should never be put in the dishwasher, or submerged in water.
How long does the hydrogen last once I depressurize the bottle?
For the freshest boost of benefits, we recommend enjoying your hydrogen water within the first 2 hours after it's made. However, don’t worry—it’s perfectly fine to transfer it to another container if that works better for you.
Why is the bottle plastic and not glass?
Our Echo bottles and pitchers are made from high-quality PPSU plastic. Not only are they safe for your health, but they’re also completely free of bisphenol-S and other bisphenol compounds. Third-party lab tests confirm these materials have no estrogenic or androgenic activity, so you can sip with confidence!
Moreover, the lightweight and impact-resistant design makes them ideal for on-the-go use. No need to worry about cracks or drops—it’s a perfect balance of durability and eco-conscious design!
