I am a man who has worked in the construction field my whole life. I don’t know why …it just works!
First of all I have to say customer service is excellent. I called but they were not open. I did not leave a message but ….THEY CALLED ME ANYWAYS! They fixed the issue I was having and I have been blown away ever since. I don’t know how this water bottle works…but I actually can tell a difference when I don’t use it. Love it!

Great Product, Better Service
I received the EchoGo+ as a requested present from my mother. I have loved it and felt great since using it. A couple weeks ago it acted up, and I made a warranty claim. Easiest warranty claim ever, and 100% follow through on their promises. I must admit that I am a bit skeptical these days - especially with products and warranty promises, but Echo lived up to their promises - 100% Healthier & Happier.
